How do I use my employee vouchers?

You will need to create an account on the eStore using your Saint Luke's email address to see and use your vouchers. If you sign up with a personal email address (such as a Yahoo or Google email address) you will not be able to access your vouchers. Note: The eStore accounts are separate from the My Saint Luke's account and your ePulse account.

Once you have created your account, place your items in the shopping cart. At checkout you will be able to see how many employee recognition vouchers you have and use them for your purchase. You may not make purchases using a combination of employee vouchers and credit card payment. If you do not have enough vouchers to pay for your purchase, please remove items from your cart before proceeding with your purchase. 

How do I place an order online?

Each product allows you to add that product to your cart by simply selecting a size and logo (apparel items only) and then clicking the Add to Cart button. Then you have the option of checking out or continuing to shop. You can increase the quantity of each item ordered in the shopping cart.

The checkout pages will walk you through the process step-by-step as you enter your payment information and any special instructions. Checkout uses our secure server so your transaction information is safe.

What are the voucher use guidelines?

Vouchers are intended to recognize employees for exceptional performance. Employees will not be granted more than seven vouchers per year - or total value greater than $70 per year. Vouchers expire one year from the date of issue.

You cannot purchase vouchers at any time or use a combination of vouchers and credit card payment to make a purchase. Purchases can not exceed the number of vouchers you have available. For more information, see Saint Luke’s Meaningful Recognition Policy

Do I have to pay tax and shipping on online orders?

Employee reward and recognition programs are non-monetary and are intended as an infrequent fringe benefit for exceptional performance. Employees will not be charged taxes or shipping costs on orders made using employee vouchers.

If shopping by credit card, you will be responsible for all applicable taxes and shipping costs.

What are the payment options?

Saint Luke's eStore accepts employee vouchers and credit cards (Visa®, MasterCard®, and Discover) for all orders. There is a $70 limit in SLHS voucher redemption within a one-year period. You may not make purchases using a combination of employee vouchers and credit card payment. Payroll deduction is not available.

What is the standard delivery method?

Orders placed using standard delivery are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Cost for regular shipping is included in the item price. If you require expedited shipping, contact Customer Service at customerservice@mmipromo.com, or 800-333-6737 or 816-234-6226.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are generally packaged and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Allow five to seven business days for delivery.

Apparel/embroidered items are embroidered at the time of order and are not returnable. Please allow an extra seven to ten business days for delivery of apparel.

I need my order as fast as possible! Is that possible?

If your order is a rush, please call Customer Service. If you are in the Kansas City area, you can also pick up your order from the warehouse.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with your order ID number and the details of your order. Please retain this e-mail until you receive your order.

Can I check the status of my order?

What is your return policy?

Current program merchandise can be exchanged or returned for full credit if returned within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be in the original packaging, never worn or used. Clearance merchandise is non-returnable. Apparel items are embroidered upon order and are not returnable. You must pay shipping and handling unless the product is defective or was shipped in error. You must contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization number before returning a product to reduce any delay in the exchange/return process.

I just placed my order but need to change it. Is this possible?

Changes to orders may be made on the same day by calling Customer Service at customerservice@mmipromo.com, or 800-333-6737 or 816-234-6226.

I am having problems placing my order online. How can I get help?

The Saint Luke's eStore uses browser cookies to keep track of your order while you shop. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will need to enable that feature to place your order online. You may also want to set this site as a "safe" site in your browser settings.
